Psych-K Explained
Psych-K is a form of applied psychology that combines easy-to-use aspects of NLP (Neuro-Lingustic Programming) and Health Kinesiology into a set of protocol that are easily learned and applied. Using Psych-K it is simple and quick to program new affirmations and beliefs into your subconscious mind. Alternatively, Psych-K can be used to displace unhelpful beliefs (such as fears, phobias and anxieties). The document describes what Psych-K is and how it might be applied to enhance: health, wealth, success and personal relationships.
