Note that BrainBox 16/8 is the forerunner of BrainBox Pro. 16/8 was originally implemented in the days of Windows 3.1 and later reimplemented as a 16-bit application to run under 95/98. This original version of BrainBox is best suited for those with older and more modest computers.

1. Start the BrainBox running.

2. If you ask for a new file, you have an option to access a getting started file, with some suggested activities.

3. The software is deigned to help you use concept sorting to generate and sort your thinking. The environment is designed for ease and speed of input, rather than for sophistication of design.

4. The FreeThought facility will give you some ideas for creative thinking techniques that might benefit your work.
