The circle-of-excellence web site is the digital home of Dr Peter EH Smee, and provides access to an extensive and growing range of his: articles, booklets , ebook, mind maps, web links and software resources.
In all, the site represents the fruit of over fifteen years of study, research and writing, related to the emerging field of New Mind Technologies.
Highlights from Pete's career (to date) include:
(1) The design and development of the first Innovations Laboratory in the South West of the UK.
(2) Programming award winning Mind Mapping software to enable students and business people to focus their thinking.
(3) Helping small businesses to massively increase their profits by learning how to leverage the power of the web and outsourcing to maximise profits.
(4) Working as part of a seven person technology teaching team, voted best in the UK for two years running.
(5) Being twice nominated for a National Teaching Fellowship on the basis of his research and writing related to Accelerated Learning.
(6) Involvement in experiments with the use of binaural beat audio to 'entrain' brainstates.
And, (7) mentoring a PhD project that explores the use of hypnotic language patterns to make web sites more persuasive.
